At New Beacon Consulting, we’ve been in the seat–and on the ground– working together from every angle to ensure the success of each strategic business effort, project or mission.
Robert Aguilar is the owner/founder and president of New Beacon Consulting Group. He has over 20 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, and strategic change consulting across multiple industries. Robert started his career as an Air Force acquisition officer. After multiple leadership positions, he transitioned to roles in strategic leadership. In this capacity, he has led myriad strategy, change management, and organizational development efforts worth over $2.5 billion to his clients.
He holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in corporate strategy and consulting, and a BA in Business & Economics from California State University, Fullerton.
A native to southern California, Robert currently resides in Orange County with his wife Rachelle and his two daughters.
Robert enjoys mountain biking, skiing, piloting single engine airplanes, building radio control cars and is, to his knowledge, the only left-handed person brave enough to use a fountain pen.
Matt Eucalitto is a co-founder and vice president of New Beacon. With nearly two decades of experience in program management, systems engineering, business development, and executive management, Matt brings a unique background to the team.
Like Robert, Matt began his career in the Air Force as an acquisitions officer. After he left active duty, Matt ran the production and fielding of the Sikorsky BLACKHAWK UH-60M, followed by over a decade leading Pratt & Whitney’s classified development programs, with annual sales of over $150 million. He co-founded and manages a real estate development and investment company with more than $20 million in annual sales, focused on triple net lease (NNN) tenants. Throughout his career, Matt has formed multiple customer-focused organizations dedicated to process optimization and rapid technology development.
Matt received a BA in Economics and Political Science with a minor in East Asian Studies/Mandarin. He holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, with an emphasis in Finance.
A native of New England, Matt returned to Northwest Connecticut with his wife and three children, where he spends most of his free time coaching his children’s soccer and swim teams. He also enjoys working on his car, rock climbing, and spending time in the gym.
